Technological Process
The raw material are crush into small pieces by jaw crusher, and then the bucket elevator convey the material to the raw material storage hopper, after that the material would be transport evenly and continuously to the mill by electromagnetic vibrating feeder. After grinding the powder would be brought out by the circulating air flow in the blower and delivered to the classifier above the mill to separate. Qualified fineness powder would enter into the cyclone dust collector with air flow, and store in the finished products silo then discharge from the air lock valve to quantitative packaging.
The moisture contained in the raw material would be evaporated during milling process, and the air leaks into wind pipe under effect of negative pressure, all the factors could result increasing of wind flow in the circulating wind trunk. Excessive wind would be lead in the bag filter via excess wind pipe between blower and mill. The certain amount of powder flow with wind are collected via dust collector and discharged through another powder exit while air is released into atmosphere by draught fan via the exhaust pipe.
Features
1. With superfine processing capacity, and it could grinding the raw material directly and output powder size to 1250 meshes. Processing scope: 200 - 1250 meshes. Classification accuracy, no large particles pollution.
2. High efficiency and energy saving. The capacity is higher 50% to 100% than ordinary Raymond mill when processing power in size 200 to 600meshes, and the capacity of 600 to 1250 meshes fineness output also higher than other types of devices in domestic same installed capacity. Power consumption is greatly reduced, saving production cost.
3. The whole plant is operated under the condition of negative pressure, no powder leakage, environmentally friendly. The equipment is easy to operate, adjustment and maintenance, durable.
4. Using two classification device extension processing, can produce1500 - 2500meshes ultrafine powder.
